They will reach out to us to facilitate the transfer. Or, if you provide us the new pharmacy information we will be happy to complete the process for you.

If the medication you need isn’t available at Pharma Fusion, we will work with your insurance company to find a pharmacy that can provide that prescription and complete the process with that new pharmacy.
