Getting Started

How do I transfer my prescriptions to Pharma Fusion?

Just give us a call or send us a message — we’ll coordinate directly with your doctor and current pharmacy to ensure a smooth, worry-free transition. Most of our patients tell us how easy the process is and how much simpler their treatment feels once everything is set up. As a side note, some doctors offices will require that you give them permission to send the prescription to our Pharmacy.

Can I transfer my prescription to another pharmacy if needed?

We completely understand that insurances and other situations may change. While our patients rarely choose to transfer out, we make the process just as easy. To transfer a prescription out, simply call your pharmacy of choice and provide them with your Pharma Fusion prescription number and our phone number, 888-341-6119. The new pharmacy will contact us directly to request the transfer.

What makes Pharma Fusion a specialty pharmacy?

Managing Prescriptions

What if my prescription isn’t available or needs prior authorization?

Our team handles all of that for you. We work closely with your doctor and insurance company to take care of prior authorizations, approvals, and coordination — so you can focus on your health and your everyday life, not paperwork. In some cases, we may need to coordinate a call with you and your insurance depending on their approval process.

How do I check the status of my medication or shipment?

You’ll receive a text message once your prescription is verified, processed, and shipped. You can also call or email our support team anytime for real-time updates.

What should I do if my order is delayed or missing?

Call us right away. We’ll track your shipment and, if needed, send a replacement using priority shipping at no cost to you.

Insurance, Billing & Assistance

What insurance plans does Pharma Fusion accept?

We work with most commercial and government insurance plans. If your plan isn’t in network, we’ll help you explore other coverage options or connect you with one of our partner pharmacies to keep your therapy uninterrupted.

Do you offer financial or co-pay assistance?

Yes. Our experienced team helps simplify the entire process for you. We’ll personally walk you through every step — from verifying insurance coverage to connecting you with manufacturer co-pay programs, charitable foundations, and patient assistance resources. We manage the details so starting treatment feels easy and stress-free.

Clinical Support & Safety

What if I need my medication during an emergency or disaster?

We’ll always do our best to be proactive so that you have your treatment available with you before any emergency or disaster occurs. But if something unexpected happens, call us as soon as possible. We’ll help reroute your shipment, coordinate with your prescriber, or find another way to ensure you don’t miss a dose — even during challenging circumstances.

Who can I contact for clinical or infusion support?

Our pharmacists and nurses are available for therapy education, side-effect counseling, and infusion training. For urgent medical issues, contact your prescriber or call 911.

Privacy & Patient Rights

How does Pharma Fusion protect my personal health information?

Your privacy matters. We comply with all HIPAA regulations and protect your data with advanced security measures. Your information is shared only with your authorized healthcare providers to support your care.
