What We Treat
At Pharma Fusion, we utilize our proprietary Specialty Intelligence™ platform to tailor each patient’s care journey to their unique needs. This system enables us to identify the optimal therapeutic strategies, monitor health outcomes in real time, and adjust treatment plans as necessary. By combining clinical insight with data-driven tracking, we ensure continuity of care, early intervention when complications arise, and ultimately deliver the highest level of patient support possible.
Bleeding Disorders
Blood clotting is a complex process involving up to 20 different plasma proteins. For a proper clot to form and effectively stop bleeding, all clotting proteins and platelets must function correctly and in the proper sequence. A bleeding disorder occurs when the body is unable to properly activate the entire ‘clotting cascade.
Cancer
Cancer is the uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells in the body. Cancerous cells are also called malignant cells.
Crohn’s Disease
Crohn’s disease is a form of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). It usually affects the intestines, but may occur anywhere from the mouth to the end of the rectum (anus).
Diabetes
Diabetes is usually a lifelong (chronic) disease in which there is a high level of sugar in the blood.
Hepatitis
Types of viral hepatitis include: Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis D.
HIV
HIV infection is a condition caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). The condition gradually destroys the immune system, which makes it harder for the body to fight infections.
Hyperlipidemia
Familial combined hyperlipidemia is a disorder of high cholesterol and high blood triglycerides that is inherited, which means it is passed down through families.
Multiple Sclerosis
Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a disease in which your immune system attacks the protective sheath (myelin) that covers your nerves. Myelin damage disrupts communication between your brain and the rest of your body.
Primary Immune Deficiency
Primary Immunodeficiency is also known as congenital immunodeficiency. Many of these disorders are hereditary and are autosomal recessive or X-linked. There are over 80 recognized primary immunodeficiency syndromes.
Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension
With pulmonary arterial hypertension, the blood vessels to the lungs develop an increased amount of muscle in the wall of the blood vessels. This muscle creates a narrowing of the blood vessels, which causes the blood not to flow as it should, resulting in less oxygen in the blood.
Rheumatoid Arthritis
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a long-term disease that leads to inflammation of the joints and surrounding tissues. It can also affect other organs.
Substance Abuse
Substance abuse refers to the harmful or hazardous use of psychoactive substances, including alcohol and illicit drugs. It involves a pattern of continued substance use despite substance-related problems, distress, and/or impairment.
